For those of you, who are property owners or who reside in Willow Spring as well as the Fuquay-Varina and Holly Springs areas affected by the proposed massive Fuquay-Varina ETJ Expansion request, It is extremely important that you in those areas attend & encourage other affected individuals to attend the Wed., Feb 20, Wake County Planning Dept Land Use Committee Meeting from 11 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. in downtown Raleigh, Wake County Justice Center, Wake County Commission Meeting Room #2700, 301 S. McDowell St, Raleigh.
The Land Use Committee is comprised of members of the Wake County Planning Board. It is advisory and makes recommendations to the full Wake County Planning Board & the Wake County Planning Board is advisory & makes recommendations to the Wake Board of Commissioners, who has the final approval authority regarding FV’s ETJ Expansion request.
You will be allowed up to 3 minutes to make “UNINTERRUPTED” Public Comments to the Wake County Land Use Committee during the Feb. 20 meeting. (There will likely be a break around 1 p.m. on Feb 20.)
Parking will cost approximately $5-6 in the public parking deck with entrances on Cabarrus Street and Davies Street.
